Letter from the President
Welcome back, Rancho Vista Families!
My name is Liz Virji, and I am honored to serve as your PTA President for the 2026-2027 school year.
As a mom to two boys, a fifth grader and a first grader, and a Rancho Vista alumna myself – I’ve experienced firsthand how special our school is. One of the many things that makes Rancho Vista exceptional is the incredible partnership between our teachers, staff, families, and PTA.
Our PTA relies on your engagement and support to sustain beloved enrichment programs and events throughout the year. We invite all families to join the PTA! Membership is open to anyone including parents, grandparents, relatives, students, etc. Joining does not require volunteering or attending meetings (although we would love to see you if you can make it!).
Your membership fee serves as a donation to the PTA, and as a member, you’ll also receive our monthly newsletter to be kept in the loop about what’s happening at Rancho Vista and learn about upcoming opportunities to volunteer and get involved. You can participate as much or as little as you would like!
Your PTA membership and donations help fund programs including:
- Art at Your Fingertips
- The Learning Garden
- Educational assemblies and field trips
- On-campus family events (i.e. Glow Party, World Festival, and more)
- Scholastic Book Fair, Science Fair
- Teacher Trainings and Staff Appreciation
and much, much more!
